well, a stick of smokey quartz, anyway. these gemstones were all left overs from various earring making sessions. gemstones often come in sets of 3, 5, 7, or 9. earrings generally only need a pair, so i'm often left with 1 gemstone and nothing to do with it. i solved the problem one day by combining my various cast offs with a stick of smokey quartz i was gifted and some sterling wire and ball chain.
the result is this interesting and absolutely one of a kind pendant necklace.
